The bottleneck
Freelancers track their own clients, then hand hours to agencies who bill end clients. Team trackers assume one shared workspace, so hours get retyped into timesheets and invoices.
How we approached it
We designed two linked workspaces. Contractors track with the web timer, manual logs or Slack, then submit chosen logs. Agencies approve each one with cost and bill rates, and map it to end-client work.
What we built
A contractor and agency web app. The same logged hours feed the agency’s approval and the contractor’s invoice. Stripe, Slack and QuickBooks are built in.
How it got solved
Hours are entered once. Contractors keep their own clock. Timvo is in a free pilot with teams in our network, and in daily use by us.
